The types of membrane separation equipment in the market are various, and all kinds of people don't know which one to choose. This is a headache. If the choice is not good, it will have a very hindrance to the work. After all, this is a big thing. Can't buy it casually.
Therefore, after market analysis and practice, good equipment can improve work efficiency to a certain extent. This is very agreeable. This does not have a trace of fake information in it, so many merchants can spend a lot of money to buy good. Equipment, this is the truth. It is necessary to learn how to analyze the ultrafiltration membrane manufacturer market and find a good way to practice it. This has to make people realize the importance of this.
The key part of the water purifier is the filter element. Considering the quality of the filter element, in addition to the material problem, the most important thing is the filtration technology. The Geely water purification system uses the most advanced filtration technology - RO reverse osmosis technology.
The main types of membrane separation equipment consisting of organic synthetic membranes are:
1. Plate and frame device. Between the sheet-like film groups of the same size, the separators are interposed between the two to form a flow path of the two liquid streams. Since the membrane group can be placed in a uniform electric field, this structure is suitable for an electrodialyzer. The plate and frame device can also be applied to ultrafiltration and dialysis with small hydrostatic pressure difference on both sides of the membrane.
2. Screw-type device. A porous separator (a space for the permeate to flow) was sandwiched between the two membranes so that their three sides adhered to each other, and the opening was joined to the porous center tube serving as the permeate outlet tube. A porous separator for the flow channel of the feed liquid is then placed thereon and wound together around the central tube into a spiral element (Fig. 1). The liquid passage is sealed with the center tube joint edge and the outer end of the spiral. A plurality of screw elements are incorporated in the pressure cylinder to constitute a unit device. During operation, the liquid flows in the axial direction, and the permeable substance penetrates the membrane into the permeate space, and flows along the spiral passage to the central tube. The device is suitable for reverse osmosis and gas permeation separation and cannot handle liquids containing fine particles.
3. Tube device. The tubular membrane is supported by a porous tube to form a device similar to a shell-and-tube heat exchanger, which is divided into an internal pressure type and an external pressure type, each of which is supported on the outer side or the inner side of the membrane by a porous tube. The internal pressure membrane is easy to rinse and is suitable for microfiltration and ultrafiltration.
4. Hollow fiber type device. Hollow fiber can withstand high pressure difference without support. In various membrane separation equipment, its unit equipment volume has the largest membrane area. A hollow fiber-like device similar to a shell-and-tube heat exchanger is constructed. The hollow fiber has a diameter of about 0.1 to 1 mm and is juxtaposed to several million. The fiber ends are sealed with epoxy resin to form a tube sheet, which is packaged in a pressure vessel. The hollow fiber type is suitable for reverse osmosis and gas permeation separation.
